Biography

Prof. Judith Monrouzeau is a HR executive with over 19 years of experience and a comprehensive business background in diverse industries including chemicals, manufacturing and distribution, information technology, engineering/project management, restaurants, government contracts, and online education. During her career, she had built a proven track record of turnaround distress organizations and creating dynamic human resources management and development programs. She is considered an exceptional communicator and expert in organizational development and strategic business planning consultancy. Recently, in 2015, she became an adjunct professor and course designer for several subjects for Humboldt International University.
